So far... I cannot move my photos, copy or paste or move or place my cursor.
annoying....

There are some great, and helpful videos from Blogger about how to use the new interface: http://support.google.com/blogger/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1623800
I also found that the interface works considerably better in Chrome and Firefox than in Internet Explorer.
Good luck! (I went kicking and screaming into the new interface, but I quite like it now.) ;)
Can't agree more, it is so annoying.
