Donna Ruff's book projects seem to weep and yearn with emotion.
The romance piece above bleeds with love and yearning but also bleeds with pain and heartbreak..such the reality of romance.
Again we see the use of paper like fabric with weaving and hanging threads...

The Fable

somehow I think she has been inspired by the great Ann Hamilton as the sensibilities towards words and words as object are similar...in the absolute best ways.
