What did I get myself into. My project line... is proving to be a big bite for a little mouth.
I was hoping to just buy t-rod clotheslines-
but not only are they expensive but....not readily available in Brooklyn- nothing at Lowe's, hard ware store, or target, or home depot! What? Aren't we living in greener times?
So since if I order them the shipping is insane and I will be cutting it close time wise- I am building them- yes building them. Am I good at building, no I am not.
Inspired by the gorgeous pictures of the Amish clotheslines (above) and their simple wood design- I found a great tutorial to make this:
So wish me luck- (and it will be cheap)
and if my work is half as gorgeous as the Amish clothes drying -my piece will be a huge success.
On a good note I worked on my sweet dreams piece inspired by this (but suspended) and it is going very well!!! Pics soon.
