Divine Love.

I am very excited that this Saturday at 7pm, the new studio that I am teaching at- Prema Yoga, which means divine love, is having a kirtan.

If you do not know a kirtan is an amazing and wonderful experience in which one participates in congregational chanting. Generally there is a very talented musician leading you with a few oter musicians playing traditional Indian instruments.
They are wonderful, moving, powerful, and healing experiences.
