nothing.
not feeling overly expressive today.
no work was done this weekend- just visiting and supporting some friends in a gorgeous, rural world.
no package from Joanne's with long awaited thread in it.
no inspirational insightful brainwaves- mostly just quiet ones.
no motivation to do much but get coffee and get to the MoMa.
Blank as a Chalkboard.

at least that's a good starting point, right?
feeling much the same way lately. maybe it's due to the weather changing... a seasonal depression of sorts. i've been taking some much needed time away from the canvasses. i need to freshen my eyes. i don't see well when i'm in a funk.
indeed a starting point and yes sometimes you just need to step away from the studio and your art...
Sometimes we just need a break. I'm taking an extended one this summer and it feels so good. It's really hard for me to find inspiration and use it and to be creative when I'm so busy with school. I get in a funk and by the end of the year, I'm just dying to escape. So, enjoy this break today!
Can't wait to see what you think about the MoMA's Project 90 exhibit!
