bithday, done that...

so the birthday came and went and I survived.
Though my cake almost blew the house up, C accidentally bought trick candles and they were a bit more like fireworks...

But I got this as my fabulous present, so cool:



And Counter, on first in Manhattan is scrumptious organic and vegetarian fare...and the martinis are the dirtiest around.
