So today at the end of teaching yoga I read a little quote...
If you have not been living under a rock you may recognize it...
it was said by the infamous Ferris Bueller... this may not be verbatim but close enough.
But sometimes things can be quite different in another context.
Life goes by pretty fast
If you don't stop and look around every once in a while
you might miss it.
So here is to us taking time to notice the life we live.
What do you notice today? As usual I am noticing the beauty of light and the space around me.
