the biggest upside to umemployment is this:
"I am going to my studio today."
And... I am so excited as I have a few pieces that are almost done and I would love to be finished with them...
And I have a few projects I would really like to start... but have not had time, and now do
And there are a ton of exciting shows and residencies to apply for...
So at the very least this will give me time to give my work a needed jump start and maybe since I will have more time I will end up applying to the show that makes the difference.
Here is to dreaming and hoping for the best.
