my ode to green



some delicious and beautiful veggies in the process of becoming our dinner.

We are vegetarian so we use a lot of colorful vegetables in our food and I always enjoy 
its innate beauty.
I am looking forward to deliciously fresh summer vegetables soon, especially juicy and delicious tomatoes.
This became an asian green bean salad from this month's Cooking Light, and I highly recomend it the recipe was perfect.
